What is the technology?

We use a novel antimicrobial polymer made up of thousands of active components working together within a single macromolecular scaffold. These antimicrobial units are permanently bonded to the polymer’s structure, so they can’t wash off, wear away, leach into the environment, or make their way into your body or the environment.

Unlike coatings that sit on the surface, our antimicrobial polymer is compounded directly into the material itself. This means its performance is inherent and can never wash off, rub away, or diminish over time.

Independent lab testing confirms rapid microbial reduction within minutes. Because the activity is built into the material, the performance remains consistent for the entire lifetime of the product.

True Permanence

Other antimicrobial materials, such as silver nanoparticles, quats, and silanes, either wash off, wear away, or risk leaching into what it is in contact with - food, drinks, water systems, skin. Our products' antimicrobial performance cannot be removed, because it’s not a film, coating, or surface treatment. It is part of the polymer itself.

Its performance remains effective and consistent for the entire lifetime of the product.

Non-toxic, Non-leaching, Non-metal

The antimicrobial additive is engineered at a macromolecular scale, making it inherently non-migrating and non-toxic. Unlike metal-based technologies (such as nanosilver) or small-molecule antimicrobials that can leach into food, water, or skin, the antimicrobial performance remains locked within the polymer structure for life.

Because nothing migrates out of the plastic, there is no risk of exposure, accumulation, or unintended dosing of toxic chemicals or metals.

Immediate Antimicrobial Action

Bacteria contacting our treated material are eliminated rapidly without light activation, charging, or specialized maintenance, unlike UV sanitization or other consumer-activated treatments.

This is contact-based, continuous protection.
